Please retain you original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain an exchange or repair under warranty. Our suppliers will not accept returns or repairs without the original Marineconnect Online receipt. Copy receipts can be obtained for $10.
If your item purchased is deemed faulty, please contact the Marineconnect Online team at sales@marineconnect.com.au or (02) 9583 1710 to organise for a return.
While most of Marineconnect Online items include a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, some items have an extended manufacturer’s warranty. The original receipt must also be included with the return. Please allow 14-30 days for your item to be returned.
